I use a lot of VPS accounts, and all but 1 allow me to put a one-click interface on screen 1 and a ladder on 2 screen 2.
One of my accounts doesn't, and I can't figure out how to fix it.
When I try spawn a new ladder for screen 2, it just hides itself.
What am I doing wrong ?
VPS over 2 screens.
hide like minimises? can you 'pin' the ladder i.e. always showing?
I take it you're using the exact settings profiles as the ones that work (resave on working VPS and relaunch BA with those settings on problem VPS) ?
Are the VPS running the same versions e.g. windows server 2019 ?
Are you using windows virtual desktops (Windows Key + Ctrl + D ; Windows Key + Ctrl + Right/left) for your screen 1/2 ?

it could be related to your RDP settings. Make sure you check *use all monitors*megarain wrote: ↑Thu Jun 02, 2022 1:32 pmI use a lot of VPS accounts, and all but 1 allow me to put a one-click interface on screen 1 and a ladder on 2 screen 2.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
I have found a work around.
I can open a one-click screen on Screen 1, drag it to screen 2, then change that to a ladder.
Then open a new one click screen from a watchlist on Screeen 1.
Opening a ladder in a new window from the watch screen just hides it on screen 1, and cant be maximised.
Am using windows server 2016 on the problem VPS, thou the same platform works on another VPS.
I access the VPS from one RDP settings and often have 5 or 6 tabs under the RDP, so multiple monitors is checked.
Dont worry, will go with the work-around.
Thx
