Possible bug? (Matched/Unmatched Columns)

Just a quick update to say it happened again so there is a bug there, I'm surprised no-one else has experienced it, it's not the end of the world tho as its only a small annoyance.

It seems to be intermittent.

Can you post a full screenshot of your Guardian with a random market and the odds tab at the bottom selected

Was this a fresh login this morning and did it start happening from the first market, after a while or did all suddenly go blank?

If it was a bug it would of been reported by others users well before now, especially at this level but obviously something is happening, we just need to figure out what, it maybe a corrupted settings file so you could try deleting your existing file/s (I think you said you only use one currently?) then log in with the factory defaults and recreate that settings file with the 'Retain matched bets' option ticked and see how that goes even if just to rule out a corrupted file

Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing voided bets to appear in the matched bets section as bets placed with odds of zero, as I mentioned earlier in this thread?

As it's still the same after a restart (even just removing and re adding a market should force any updates) It sounds like BF haven't updated something there side

Are you are using streaming?

If you are the next time you see it happen switch it back into polling then remove the market from Guardian, watch list and main screen so its not being updated anywhere by BA then add it again and see if its updated correctly

If it does then it will confirm Betfair aren't always updating there streaming side properly following voided bets etc despite additional code being added to BA to make extra calls to request updates on a bet being matched, an incorrect P&L following a horse withdrawal or voided Soccer bets

I'm a bit short of time at the moment to upload elsewhere due to work so I'll do it in the next few days, in the mean time I'll try a new fresh default profile to see if that helps.

The 1st Match (Kazakhstan v Slovakia) worked fine yesterday as you can see, that's when I reported all ok yesterday.

The next 2 games in the list (Honduras v Canada and SV Gerasdorf v Ostbahn) the bug appeared again although there were games in-between which I've removed as they did not have any bets due to my rules.

I'm still waiting to see if using a default profile makes a difference but as yet no game has matched my rules.

Just a quick update to say it seems to be working fine now after several bets, in case anyone else gets a similar issue this was what I did.

(I had the latest installed version already)

1. Did NOT uninstall BetAngel
2. Tried to install a fresh installation which then gave me an option to repair the installed version which I did
3. As Dallas instructed I removed the other profiles I was no longer using
4. As Dallas instructed to log in with the factory defaults and recreate that settings file with the 'Retain matched bets' option ticked


So it does indeed look like it was a corrupted file.
