Anybody read....

The Daily Trading Coach: 101 Lessons for Becoming Your Own Trading Psychologist

If so, is it worth a read?

Cheers

I haven't, but I'd recommend Trading In The Zone.

A book I once read that talks a lot about trading psychology (the 2nd edition of Trading Chaos) recommends this exercise as a way of getting yourself in the right mental state for trading: http://paperartstudio.tripod.com/artistsway/id3.html

Thanks for the reply Jeff,

I have previously read Trading in the Zone and I would also recommend this book.

I have just downloaded the other book to Kindle so will let you know how I find it.

On the topic of psychology, I came across this brilliant motivational speech from a movie:

Hi All,

I have read "The daily trading coach" and really enjoyed it. I feel that all these type of books have something to offer and for myself, currently learning to trade and gettng to grips with BA (practice mode)it is usefull as a reference book to dip in and out of. Obviously it is written with the financial markets in mind but trading is trading, as in errors I made yesterday I will work on today! good luck all
