Betfair & Betdaq trading simultaneously, can this be done?

I am new here and cannot find anything about the possibilities of being able to trade across both markets at the same time for the same trade?

If you mean be able to trade on one exchange and have them automatically mirrored on the other then you can only do this manually.
ie, you'd need to download and install both Bet Angel Pro (or Trader) and Bet Angel for Betdaq then login to them separately

Neither Betdaq or Betfair would approve a vendor to develop software that could connect to both there exchange and a competitors

Thank you for the speedy reply! I understand the vendors disapproval, and the software companies reluctance, would be an interesting proposition for a trader.
