Just downloaded the mega zipper and I havent got a clue where to start
It didn,t show up as i thought it would
Do ineed to download other stuff _ desperately beed help from a very newbie

When you pay for Bet Angel , how do you get to the point where you put in your registration key as that would be a first step for me

3 days later and I can log on but after reading the manual I can,t get any markets up
I,ve just read this and tried getting the David haye market up and then Ante-post racing , doble clicking or pressing on the play button at the top but the markets arn,t showing up as shown on the betfair website

"Starting your betting and trading activityAt the bottom right of the desktop screen is a button „Select a market and start betting‟. Press this button and Bet Angel will display a list of markets for you to select.
If you do not see this button it may be that the screen resolution on your computer is too low and you cannot see the bottom of the Bet Angel screen. You could also have Bet Angel positioned slightly off centre and this is hiding the bottom of the screen.
You can also select a market by using the “File” menu at the top left of the screen."
Any ideas appreciated

I am doing and nothing is coming up
I,m beggining to think i,ll never work it out
I realised what "Arbing " was today as I,ve been betting on other websites and laying off on Betfair where i could find a better price until I couldn,t place a bet on Stan james _ It would only take £1.25 from £25
When I phoned up they said my account had been restricted as I was "arbing" due to the prices keep going in after I,d backed them
I really need to get this Betangel sussed out
I,m awaiting another reply from customer services as I,m follwoing all the instructions but am stuck at the above post

Selecting a market is a pretty basic task. You must be doing something fundemantally wrong to not be able to do this. Can you post up exactly what you are doing and what you are seeing?

Can you post screenshots on here as I,ll post it on here as well to give ppl a better idea of where I,m up to.
I,m beginning to think it might be something to do with the configuration of my computer but as I,m not a tekkie I,ve no real idea

Finally
My first day betting - losing about £7 so far but just experimenting with £2,s and its been funon the horses which i know nothing about - but do you really have to?.
The only advantage I can see at the moment is the speed in getting your bets placed although I haven,t usd any off the features yet and will probably read some of the manual for dutching, greening, offsetiing bets etc etc
I do know about arbitrating and before this I experimented with it by placing bets with bookies and laying them off with Betfair by scouring bookies sites and odds comparison sites for the better price.
I did get one account restricted though because of this.
Bearing this in mind what are the basic adavantages of using betangel and is it worth me re-subscibing or sticking to arbitrating with betangel?
(I do have time on my hands and can keep a constant eye on the markets as i,m not working at the moment)
