Volume percentage of a selection condition

I'm just having a play around with simple lay bet bot Peter posted about in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leYeMaIB6xA

I'm wanting to add a few more conditions to this automation rule, one in particular is the volume percentage of a selection.

I want the rule to trigger if the volume percentage is less than 10%, along with the other criteria that Peter mentions in his video, I've got this far with settings for the rule which is triggering, but not when I want it to.

Hopefully someone will be able to help.

It's almost right, your stored value just needs to look like this
