Increasing the stake didn't solve it. What else could be the issue?
(I use VPS from BetAngel. Have more than 100 bets a day on greyhound- and horseracing, without this ever happening)

Just a thought :-
do you have a "signal value condition"? and then a bet triggers if value=0 and again if value=1 and again if value=2 .......and then a "clear signal rule"
If you do, I think (I could be wrong) that a clear signal rule does not mean signal=0 ......so, maybe a signal value is only set to a "trigger value" 2 out 3 times.....???
I could be a million miles away from your problem, but the fact that it is "not triggered 1/3 of the time" suggests it is due to something like ..........(at least inside my head it does, but I have a weird head!!)

Obvious questions - any other criteria for the entry rule i.e spread, volume etc ? These days, all the money waiting tends to disappear about 15+ ticks either side of previous current price prior to each point. So if you have any rules like those in place your entry may not trigger each time

For a start, your 2 games ahead\behind rules are superfluous if you are only trading at 6 games all in any set
Other than that, if it's intermittent I'd suggest it's your group that's causing the issues, comparing lay price to LTP. If those aren't always met it would account for some missed entries. Maybe take them out and test in practice mode. Fires every time and there's your issue.
