Yes, you just add a 'Alert (Play Sound / Show Message)' rule
With the conditions you want it to trigger under, ie, your Stored Values meeting a certain criteria

Yes, you'd you'd need to store the value of 'the Volume Traded at a price of a selection'
and 'the total traded volume of a selection' divided by 100

then add a third stored value to multiple the first SV by the second SV

You just select the 'Alert rule' from the list

Or if you still want the markers click the icon with two green arrows first to duplicate the rule then change the rule type of the new rule

What part are you stuck on?

There is no video as the two files are already created and just need importing into the ladder settings area and Guardian (as shown in the images)
Then the rules file in Guardian file then just needs applying to the markets you are trading
