Trailing stop and stop losses

Quick question before I buy the full software, can you use the above when doing in play trading?

Forget Stop Losses on in play running, it will just Jump the price you set it at. Stop losses are really effective on the pre race market. I have been burned on in play running in the past, never do it now not in my trade plan
