Just look a the correct score market for 3-0, 0-3, 2-1 or 1-2

The problem is that low volume games don’t give an accurate result in the correct score market.
You would be better to look at what markets are closed at half time.
Is the half time market closed = yes
Is the 2.5 market closed = yes
Is the 3.5 market closed = no
Then its 3 goals at half time.

If you don't have a specific strategy in mind then start with something simple and work up from there. All this stuff about exactly 3 goals then lay bets at "specific criteria" seems a bit convoluted for your first attempt.
I think the best approach would be to download some of Dallas's excellent examples which have full descriptions of how they're configured. Then you'll see its not as complex as it seems at first and you'll soon be doing things in 5mins rather than days or weeks of asking and hoping for a shortcut.
