The website is back up and running but Betdaq BA still not working.
Error 503

It was definitely playing up yesterday afternoon, maybe around 4 pm.

Bets were going through, though not showing as matched. Balance was going down as if bets were matched, price would come through, though nothing showing in matched bets, and all horses showing as 0.00 liability.

It was the same on mobile, desktop, and api. Was for me anyway.

It was the 450 at Perth I first noticed it. It carried on for a couple of races after, though I turned it off then. Seemed ok when I looked later on last night.

Also, just to add. I could still log in fine to BetdaqAngel, it just wasn’t showing any bets as matched when they clearly were. They got settled as being matched later on too.

I never got any error messages like the above.

It was playing up all evening after the outage. XSP not working on many dog and horse races. Hard to bet with confidence when you know you might end up with horrendous liabilites which sods law always seems to go against you.

Working fine now.

Over the years, outages do even up. (I would even say, outages favour traders, as they tend to have +EV bets)

Betdaq currently experiencing a technical issue with their markets. All dog markets currently suspended.

Hello. Is anyone having difficulties logging into Betangel for BETDAQ this morning. The site was down for several hours overnight but is back online now.

I wondered if it might be anything to do with them switching off the Classic site overnight?

I'm having issue too. Have been on to Betdaq their API team is looking at it. Get and error message saying:

Bet Angel
---------------------------
Bet Angel Authentication successful, however unable to connect to Betdaq using the supplied user name and password
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
But I can log in directly with those user name and password.
