Automation Not Working As It Should - Any Ideas?

Could someone please tell me why these triggers are not working together as they should.. Pulling my hair out yuh!!

Basically what im trying to do is if a match is 0-0 at 10mins then to lay over 3.5 for 8 mins.. Then at 8 mins later green up or red out but its not working as it should and i dont know why

Your (Yes) rule should be set to (event)

The timings of your lay, red, green rules are very short, only 1 second. They could easily be missed if you have a lot of markets in guardian.
