Kylian Mbappe wants to leave PSG in January and apparently Liverpool is his only option : https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footb ... ROKEN.html
Nah. Thanks, but no thanks Kylian. Mercenary, come-day, go-day. Go to Man C! Oh you can't! Etc.... I would never watch an LFC game again if it happened.
All 'elite' footballers are mercenaries. Do you think Salah would still be wearing a Liverpool shirt if Real or PSG came in for him last summer and offered him more money? I'd take Mbappe in a heartbeat but having said that the midfield is the problem so Mbappe at Liverpool right now would be a bit like a Ferrari pulling a caravan with a speedboat attached to the back. Some reports linking us to Declan Rice, I think that would be a good move.
I just don't think Mbappe fits. He's PSG/Real/Barca/Bayern material. Starry and self-absorbed.
Compare him to Firmino. Firmino has been brilliant. Effective, unselfish and defends from the front. Mbappe doesn't give a monkey's about any team he plays for. He's a luxury. Anyhow it's irrelevent as we can't afford him.

I would have Declan Rice in a heartbeat. Would be a great replacement for Hendo.

I think me or you could be a great replacement for Hendo at this stage!

I doubt that, but sure he's in the twilight of his career. Rice is similar but more dynamic. Whether he would serve LFC so loyally for 11 years is debateble.
But he would fit in perfectly.

i kind of think benzema should just go in swap deal for mbappe. maybe get a few mil off that 300m transfer?

Rice to united or liverpool. Bellingham to united or liverpool.

i think chelsea would have to sell 1 of jorginho or kante to go for either 1. they could sell jorghino to juve and go for 1 of them.

Napoli looks fantastic this season, they've built a good team

Club Brugge worth a mention as well, for dominating group B, not conceded a goal yet against Atleti, Porto and Leverkusen

How I wish I had BT Sport.
C'est la vie.
I'll take 5-1 unseen. In Firmino I trust. :-)
