Volume using python

Could anyone tell me how to save / check amounts waiting on the ladder using python? I would like to be able to tell when they have increased by X%

I'm currently using betfairlightweight / flumine but have very little experience as I've not been using python for long.

Any help would be appreciated. Or just what in the world to Google!
