Automating for soccer once a goal scored

I am looking to automate the following scenario and wondering if a similar file exists that I could edit myself?

Scenario:
If a goal is scored within the first twenty minutes of a soccer match, place a lay bet on both the over2.5 and over3.5 goals markets. Green up when an amount profit target is reached or at half time

You just need to set the time its armed for, then add the 'Signal' condition to the rules you want to trigger after a goal
