How do I fix the order of runners to stop them changing position?

Do I choose in order of favouritism selecting number 1 and do I have to do that for 2, 3, 4 and so on. It won't let me select every selection.

I'm a bit confused as to what to choose in the automation choices.

I basically want to fix every runner and keep them where they are from 10 mins pre off.
