Incredibly high threshold required to be on the ballot (100 mps)
Are MPs limited to one candidate or can they endorse several?
Just one as I understand it

They spent two months electing a new leader last time and ended up with Truss. Why not roll dice for it this time, we could have a new PM tomorrow. :)

Didn’t realise how popular Boris was/is in Bolton of all places. Think the commentators were rather bemused by the people they interviewed of who the next PM should be.

1 said general election
1 said Sunak
8 said bring Boris back

I guess given the shambles, energy crisis, ukraine, Putin, cost of living that people have short memories and don’t really care about cake gate, wine gate, cheese gate or any other gate.

Politics is funny.

Boris also promoted Truss into his cabinet, so we probably wouldnt have ever even heard of her without him...

If pension funds can lose that amount of money in such a short period of time then I would question the fund manager and that there should be mechanisms in place to switch funds to safe havens during financial instability automatically.

It says a lot about the Conservative party when they call a disgraced pathological liar and law breaker a "winner" and the man to lead them.

Boris moves to 2nd in the betting.

I can’t see the Boris vote turning up, I don’t actually think he will stand.
