Start a servent using automation
Can it start a servent automatically.. For example.. I have a servent that stops firing lays into the market if a loss of £-5 has been reached and also stops firing lays if a profit of £5 has been reached but I'm having to do it manually at the moment.. so I was hoping to set it up so it would stop firing lays if either a profit or loss is reached..
Yes you can create a servant to do that, there are instructions here on how to create the rulesferrypaul wrote: ↑Fri Oct 21, 2022 8:00 pmCan it start a servent automatically.. For example.. A servant can only work if you have the market open on a trading screen hence to start on automatically you also need to specify what screen to open
But from what you've said you'd be better off just using it a a full automation file and apply it to the markets in Guardian, then it doesn't matter if you have the market on screen or not, if your Profit or Loss is reached it will trigger
If I was to use the automation file instead of a servent what rule can I use to stop the lays triggering if the profit/loss is reached.. I'm currently scalping many times with offsets but if a loss or profit is achieved how can I green/red up and stop the lays still being triggered?
