He looks like he has been partying too hard again
Again, what's the reference. Posting photo's of BJ looking like a cock is trivial without some context. He's looked like a cock for years!
Oh my lord, I am so so sorry for posting something too trivial to meet your own high standards.
Please accept my apologies ....

Sky News has come up with a brilliant idea. Go to a running club and ask the runners at the end of their run, when they're all out of breath and can barely speak, who they want as PM.

Reminds me of A Frame With Davis, or Fry & Lorrie's Take And Drive Away sketch, if you're old enough to remember them.

Brexit hard man, Steve Baker, has decided Boris would be a disaster. That’s it then, a fractured ERG. Sunak will win the day 🍻

Those odds look interesting, seeing that according to Sky News Boris has no where near the 100 supporters he needs yet. 55 only

As the declared numbers for Sunak get higher, it will get harder and harder for Boris to claim he has reached this 100 figure. Everyone knows already he is flagging and doesn’t have a hope in hell. This contest will be over by lunch time tomorrow

I apologise I am an imperfect communicator at the best of times, let alone online. But all I was trying establish was when was the photo from?

Source* is probably a more suitable term to avoid confusion : https://twitter.com/BBradley_Mans/statu ... 5556232192

But you're not required to provide a source when you're making a light-hearted remark or whatever.

A cynical person might conclude that Boris told Rishi that he wouldnt run against him if Rishi promised to make the parliamentary investigation into Boris "go away" when he became PM.
But I would never think such a thing ;)

I am a cynical person but that idea hadn't occured to me. I simply thought their meeting was a bartering session.
IMO Sunak is the correct choice. BJ could force his way to the membership and that's a done deal.
It's enormously sad that the country's problems are being submerged by a Tory civil war.

Blimey. Now 1.17 and 7.2. Where do these people get their info from?

140 public endorsements to Boris’s 59. Market doesn’t feel he can get there now

I see.
TBH Sunak is the apex choice for me. I don't care about the next election - that will sort itself.
Right now I want a sensible PM rather than a self-interested buffoon.

The numbers would suggest a lot of MP's were keeping quiet to see which way the wind was blowing. If Boris was close to 100 yesterday there would have been an avalanche of support for him imo. They all want to be behind the winner because thats good for their careers.
Sad state of affairs but thats politics I suppose

Looks like a modest % for me, in terms of turnover invested, did not quite have time to push into four figures, perhaps next time I'll be more adventurous! Somehow thought there would be some more twists and turns by now, but the oppos were there for sure, can see how some people can specialize these.

Hopefully nobody massively overstaked or voted with their trading bank etc, if you're going to lose really big IMHO this type of (opinionated) market is designed to easily make that happen. I don't mean the market is that big in terms of turnover, since it's on par with a normal football match, but more in terms of importance.
