Hi,

Apologies if this has already been answered, but how would you set the volume condition of, say the place market, to use the condition of the win market?

You'd use a Stored value rule on the place market and store the volume at the Event level

Then add a Stored value condition on the win market rule to test the Stored value from the place market is 'X'

Thanks Dallas.

I've attached the two files, with what I believe to be the correct settings. It would be much appreciated if you could double check, and see what, if any, mistakes I've made.

The rule (stored value for volume) ,is set to round to the nearest price. You don’t really need any rounding , but defiantly not to the nearest price. You don’t need any rounding on the odds either.

Also the rule (Market volume) Looks like it will struggle to trigger.
If I understand correctly, You want £2000+ matched in the place market, your then hoping the win market has less money and will exactly match the sv (volume). I don’t trade these markets but I would be surprised if that rule triggers like that.

Thanks for the reply Dabbla.

I'm looking for the £2000 volume figure to be in the win market, before placing the place market bet.

The tick value set in the place market, but any value for the win market, so long as both selections are for the same runner, the fav by odds value.

Any further help much appreciated.

Hi,

Anybody with more experience check my automation files, to see if the settings are correct for a specific volume in the win market that will activate a bet in the place market at a certain tick point. And then once that bet has been filled, activate another bet at the current tick price in the win market, for the same selection as the first place market bet.

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

After a bit more forum browsing I've modified the original files I had, and would be grateful if someone could double check that they will do what I'm attempting to do. Which is in the post just above this one.

Thanks in advance,

Have a look at this, I have slightly changed the volume check rule. Now it sets the value of 1 when £2000 is matched.
Also I added a condition that checks if (volume check = 1)
Not Tested, but that’s how you need to set up SVs with conditions .

Hi,

Thanks Dabbla for your help and assistance. At the moment SVs seem to be the main thing I'm struggling with, knowing what I want to do. But figuring out what triggers and interlinks each file is my main stumbling block.

So thanks again, I'll compare your version with mine, and see if I can figure out what does what.

:)
