"n/a" in Trade Profit column

I was testing a Dutching strategy in practice mode on last night's football. But on one of the matches I looked at, in the Trade Profit column on the One-Click screen it just said "n/a" and didn't change for the whole match. Consequently, I wouldn't have been able to "cash-out" at any point which would be a nightmare if I were live in the markets.

What happened? Can I do anything about it when this happens?

Its a default safety restriction associated with Bookmaking and Dutching that you may change in settings:

It's not that setting. The box is unticked and has been for some time. Thanks anyway.

That setting advised by Jukebox is the only one there is for that option

Did you have the same settings profile you were using on the football market selected when you checked it earlier?
