I'm guessing you don't live anywhere very metropolitan Derek ? Wouldn't get a second look in most places these days.
When figuring if there is any truth to the rumour of Ecuador taking a bribe to lose today we could consider whether they'd even be open to such a thing eg do they need the money, are they shameless etc.

When I go down to London to visit family, I often see a bloke dressed up as a woman. Each time I go down he's been getting more and more outrageous, wearing a mini-skirt so short you can see his knickers, without actually trying to look like a woman. But the really surreal thing about it is that people walk past without batting an eyelid! They must be used to him.
I've got a feeling the lack of attention may have spurred him on to wear shorter skirts, but if you're gonna dress up like a woman you could at least do it properly and make an effort rather than simply put on women's clothes.
