Im trying to figure out if there a way of doing this.
Let say at 2.0 there was money waiting to back for £100
And then 20ms later somebody took off 100 and somebody put on 100.
And the money available is still 100
Im thinking because of how fast the orders happen that no one can tell what happens in this situation.
Is there a way of seeing this?
