Market reports on multiple BA instances?

while running multiple BA instances with different bots creating separate market reports .I then explore the current generated Reports .
only one Bot seem to generate the report while the other bots are not recognised. may be all the bots are sending the reports to one file address ? and only one is allowed ?

I've tried to change the file addresses on the different instances to see if the reports can be separated , each bot having its own file to send the reports , but still get the same results.

Any help will be appreciated ,
