Triggering a green up bet before race starts

Hi,

I'm new to this so apologies if anyone has already asked this question.

In Excel I want to close all my trades and green up a minute before the race starts. Anyone any idea how to do this?

Does anyone know an actual formula for doing this? This automated spreadsheet seems to be limited to 10 horses or less and it seems to fire away bets when I don't want it to. Only messing around on practice mode at the moment so no harm done.
