Hi

I'm a newbie, trying some basic automation with tiny stakes trying to learn. My horse racing lay bets trigger fine - my issue is the offsets when in-play. I'm trying to reduce losses for my losers, rather than lose the full liability. I've set parameters to offset with greening and trailing stop - offset 20000%, stop trigger at 70% and to place at 85%. When the stop is triggered I get the following error messages:

22/12/2022 19:01:52: An error occurred while modifying price: The entire order has been rejected.
22/12/2022 19:01:52: Stop triggered. Modify bet 290819045923 from 0.01 @ 770 to 3.61 @ 1.21 [Keep at in-play] Error changing price ( CANCELLED_NOT_PLACED ). Additional $ 3.60 bet placed as Ref: 290819135918

Can anyone offer a reason why? Is it the speed of the in-play racing markets? Or an issue with my offset parameters? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards
Mike

Do you have it set to 'Use offset Stake', if so due to the large offset percentage you've used the stake needed at that price will be the smallest possible of 1p
Its then not been possible to reprice this at your current stop price

If you change it to 'Recalculate stake at placement price' that should solve it

I meant to include a link to the setting just in case you weren't sure where to find it so just added to the post above now

Thanks Dallas - I was able to find and change the setting. It's made a slight difference, but the majority of races I still get the error message. Do you have any other suggestions or is there an issue with my offset parameters perhaps?
