Lay bets not matched?

Hi, I am very new to BA but used to trading in running.

I backed 2 horses in 2 races today and then layed the same horse IR. Both horses lost but BF has only recorded the back bets and not the lays?

I have attached a screen shot from BA on the last race as this race does not show on BF at all?

What am i doing wrong?

No .png and .jpeg files etc should all upload, maybe its the file size thats to large (limit is 1mb)

Unfortunately that image doesn't really tell us much, it looks like not bets were matched or if they were they were at the same stake at the same odds effectively scratching the trade

If you click your 'log' tab just next to the 'ladder' tab that will show all your Bet Angel activity , if you can find the page/s which relate to that market then screenshot and post them that will tell us better whats happened

Thanks, but we'd still need the Bet Angel log to know what bets you submitted to which market and when

As you can see according to your matched bets from Betfair you've only had two back bets matched all day

Thanks for the quick reply. I must be pressing the wrong button to place the bets and they only show up on the screen but not on BF? I will look at the how to videos and go from there. Thanks for the help anyways.
