Woeful mismanagement of a great football club, all those mistakes big and small have to eventually compound into a disaster scenario, the league is far too competitive to expect anything else.

In the scenario you mentioned, I guess they forgot to cancel, which they often seem to do. Sometimes bets will be cancelled later in the match after you've greened up. On rare occasions they get cancelled post match!
