Laying the underdog leader- football

Help with set up.

I am looking to set up the following for automation:

Football:
1) Underdog takes the lead
2) High volumes or spikes of money lay the leader (the underdog) in the mach odds market
AND
3) high volumes appear in the lay "under 1.5" goals market.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
