Williams is a mug punter, his cheltenham nap was time for rupert who went off around 2.6 in a novice chase. Not exactly a race to be getting stuck in to. I dont think he understands value.

With his comments I doubt he pays the PC tbh.
Another blaggerhgodden wrote:Betfair spokesman Tony Calvin said there was "no noticeable difference in our markets" on the first day's betting activity with the increased charge.
"Of course, all our customers can see this for themselves," he said.
There isn't anyone from Betfair who could lie straight in bed

Got out too early (always the way) but a respectable £16 (@1.5% commission) on a small bank but you would have needed to have won £40 on Betfair to end up with £16 with the 60% PC

Agreed, also you could often get better odds on the fav over at Betdaq.
Hopefully wont be long until the new improved Betdaq Angel.

Found the irish racing is decent enough as well for relatively small banks:

Found Down Royal just as good. £30 win = £75 win on BF @ 60% PC

The 19.40 @ Newmarket was interesting. Betdaq was consistently offering better odds on the fav and to decent money. At the off BF was 1.58 but it was 1.62 on Betdaq!
