I am wanting to create some automation to carry out my bet entry on the correct score market. Essentially, once a certain set of conditions are present on the MO, CS and O2.5G markets, I would like the automation to place back bets on 5 score-lines in the CS market. I would also like these bets to be placed according to which team is the favourite. So if the home team is the favourite, it would be the 1-0 scoreline, but if the away team is the favourite, it would be the 0-1 etc. Once the bets are in place, I will manage the trades manually, so this is only for entries.
Is there a way to execute this without having to first add the other markets to Guardian and set up stored value rules etc.?

No, without having the other markets in Guardian and a rules files applied to them which is using stored values to pass the information you want to check from them you'd have no way of knowing if any of the criteria you want to check is satisfied or not
