How can I add extra columns for automation nominated selection 3 and 4 into guardian please?

Select them from the custom column chooser on the 'List' tab of Guardian

Thank you very much, just one more thing, If i put 4 selections in guardian using the above and back by book percentage (dutch) and use a book percentage condition for each, will i be able to achieve the 60-80% covering the 4 as a whole?

Yes, and there is an example here which does that and would just need the selections the rules are applied to editing
