Who is the worst owner in football history?

Football, Soccer - whatever you call it. It is the beautiful game.

Interesting that Malcolm Glazer doesn't even make it into the list, despite all the hype about how he would destroy Man U...

Sam Hashimi - Iraqi businessman who launched an unsuccessful takeover attempt of the mighty Blades in 1989.

In 1997 he became Samantha Kane after spending £100,000 on a series of sex-change operations.

Seven years later Samantha spent a further £25,000 to become a male once more, Charles Kane, and got married again to a glamorous 28-year-old single mum who is 22 years younger his junior.

"I do have my doubts," says Charles "whether I am 100 per cent adequate as a man but she assures me I am."

I can beat that Superfrank!

He recently had further surgery and changed his name to Jeff Waters. He had all his sexual organs removed because he prefers to talk

Of course it really takes a lot of balls to randomly pick on someone miles away from you in an online forum. How old are you, 5?

Hicks & Gillette is my biased answer, what a nightmare now thankfully over.

And to prove the point ask Texas Rangers baseball fans or Montreal Canadians fans or even Corinthians.

Number 2 on the list David Moores for selling to these Cowboys.

In recent times it has to be a close run thing between Gillette and Hicks and Ashley

Not sure if he was an owner in the real sense but surely Peter Risdale is the proverbiable 'Angel of Doom'.

Leeds had £103m debt when he left
Barnsley nearly went into liquidation and have recovered only under Shepard and cryne
Cardif had £66m debts when he left and was on the fifth winding up order
And now he is at Plymouth god help them!

Key modus operandi is borrow loads, blame it on the manager, only declare 20% of what you borrow then let someone else pick up the mess. :x

Mike Ashley at Newcastle & I'm a Newcastle fan! He'll get us relegated this season again.

I agree.

Chris Hughton pulled off a minor miracle at Newcastle. His reward? The sack...
