DON'T GREEN UP AND SWITCH OFF!

Keep an eye on your market in case your old bets start hitting the market.

Any precedent as to what action Betfair take in this instance? I tried to place bets whilst BF was down that didn't hit the market until race over. Not big stakes but just so I know, do they void or stand?

It all depends on whether the delay is the bets hitting the market or merely reporting back.

It was over the whole site as I have stuff running on different sports and they were all affected. I had to quickly switch everything off.

I think my phantom bets went in at the price I placed them, not the price available when they appeared.
