Yes no one can begrudge them a little luck and fair paly to Havertz for stepping up again for the 2nd pen after missing the 1st one.

Expected a little more intensity from Spurs maybe saving themselves for 2nd half, Milan look comfortable at the moment.

Very poor from Tottenham, Conte could be on thin ice if they don't get a top 4 finish now there out of everything. Anyone drawing AC Milan in the last 8 won't be loosing any sleep.

Very poor from Conte, if anything... woeful record not to win a knockout game in 10 years with Juventus, Chelsea, Inter and Spurs. Didn't survive the group stage half the time and he had some easy groups.
