Here's my second initiative (first one is Best day ever which unfortunately isn't updated by our members). Hope this one gets more attention especially those who have something to show (hey You Pro Traders, show (share!) Your best trades!).

Screens contain entry and exit points (price), so hope they help beginners with their trading. Best of luck!

Heh, I thought there would be a few people making a killing on Sure Fire when I spotted how it was moving/interacting with the 2nd fave. Sadly I was winding down for the day, distracted by other things so I didn't spot it till late and only caught the last move when it steamed in at the end.

Trying to find positive reasons to display my trade of the day but in all honesty cannot think of one.

We all know what is possible by now, I think.

If you had a good day, like any job, there is a need to share what happened. I understand this. Also if you have a bad day.

If you read blogs by consistently successful traders you find that eventually they also realise that posting profits is detrimental to new traders. You see fewer P&L's posted.

I know it feels great to break new ground in breaking daily records but in the long term it has an adverse effect on most new traders.

The best trading video I ever saw was a losing trade. When teaching my girlfriend to trade I made her watch this many times. It helped her more than any of my videos of winning trades. I mean that completely.

Want to see the video?

Ask Andy Fuller. It is on his blog. He didn't know at the time, maybe still doesn't but it is a masterpiece in learning how to scalp the market.

I will share my personal thoughts about trading and learning. There were times where I nearly tryed to do everything in the market to make it work. I was trying different techniques. Finally found that for me for now works great simple swing trading and scalping also. Bigger amounts come from swings. So if anyone is trying to find a magic technique, maybe those screenshots will be a guide that he doesn't need to find something magic. Maybe the magic is in those clear trends and this is what to focus on. So if someone gets closer to the right path by looking at these prices and charts, that's great, and that's the point of this thread (as You can see I'm not only posting final result like gutuami).

So as You see it wasn't a need to share my own success.

And actually my day was pretty poor overall in comparison to this one trade.

Can you share link to the video You mentioned?

I'm not sure about detrimental effect but in the end everybody is different. I was just replying to this topic. Now I have a reply as well but will not post it if you say so. As for the video I will find the link and watch it. Also I agree that everybody is posting only positive result's videos. Never saw any videos with negative results though they might be informative as well..

Don't get me wrong gutuami. I was only saying that posting final result has much less information than one which contains other information like entry and exit price, stake, chart (so you can actually analyse thought process a bit having this info).

If someone finds this topic useful please let us know whether continue it.

I do find it useful for the resons Krzysztof mentioned. Although I have found that videos are much more informative and helpful. If you plan to make any video clips let me know 8-)

Either way though, I for one do find the screenshots useful.

Tried to be diplomatic but seems acuity severely lacking.

Posting screenshots in THIS context is either ignorrance or irresponsible.

Bet Angel need to look at the moral obligations if members miss the implication of doing this.

Hi Guys,

I've used BetAngel for about a year now but only for outright backing and laying with good success. However I've only very recently decided to give trading on horse racing a go and predictably enough I'm losing much more than I'm winning. :)

However I find the posts on here very helpful. On the 'Trades of the day' I dont learn very much on how to arrive at the profits but it does show me that its possible. Speaking as a brand new trader i'd find videos of both winning and losing extremely helpful. I think for most new traders seeing the journey from beginning the trade to arriving at the profit or loss would be invaluable.

Keep up the good work.

Is this turning into a "Who's got the biggest dick contest?"

I'd rather see people's explanation of what drove their cracking profits
