My memory of Paris was nearly being mown down by someone that decided to ignore a traffic light on a pedestrian crossing. Be warned. Don't assume that anyone will stop in Paris. And also I had Foie Gras in a Michelin starred restaurant - it wasn't worth the suffering needed to produce it.
