Live Streaming

Have just been moved (yesterday) from Racing Post's live streaming for (racing uk)
to racinguk's own web site for their own live streaming because racinguk no longer allow anyone to stream their picture's the problem is that on the racing post's site it was about 1/2sec behind but on racinguk's site its 6sec behind how the hell can this be right even on the betfair stream its only 1/2 to 1sec behind but the picture is crap.Anybody tell me how far behind in the picture's on sky.

I complained and they said that the delay (10 secs on Sunday) was due to the player they used to enhance picture quality. Presumably you are on the free trial? Email them and tell them there is no chance of you paying for a substandard service like this.

Yes on the free one at the mo have e-mailed them and waiting on them to respond the picture is spot on but not buying if thats the delay

Both ATR and Racing UK ignored my complaints when I was a fully paid up subscriber to both TV and online services. In the end I cancelled the lot - they need to get their act together.

I'm now using the betfair streaming but the picture's like looking at a 3" screen but at least its only 1/2sec behind.
