I may be proved wrong but bringing off Firmino rather than Nunez seems daft to me.

Why is Daniel Sturridge dressed like a hitman
Becuase if you can't be a ruthless assasin you can at least dress like one?
Don't know but if he's here for Graham Potter he's a bit late

Rats! 0-0 with a mediocre Chelsea. This is were LFC are.
Apologies to non-LFC fans fpr wittering on.
But actually I do wish other fans would post more about the trials and tribulations of their teams. As long as it doesn't become toxic it would be very welcome from my point of view. We all have an irrational affection for our clubs for all sorts of reasons. I don't think it would be unhealthy to share our thoughts when we get battered or get a great result. Perrhaps I'm wrong. :? Or is the theory here that predicting is all. What just happened is irrelevent?

Still a way to go. Momentum is critical, avoiding injuries and not getting key players sent off is more important than ever.

Watching Eddie Howe's pre-match interview he looks knackered.

Can see Moyes being next to go at West Ham, they may as well get 4 lads out the pub 5 mins before kick off and tell them to get their kit on to play at the back

The movement of Mark Leyland from Liverpool to Newcastle to Man City is quite a CV. How influential is a first-team coaching analyst?
LFC have been dwindling since he left. NUFC have enjoyed a very good period during his tenure. In February he left NUFC for Man City. Is there a pattern here?

"Frank Lampard: Chelsea set to name ex-manager as boss until end of the season".

EDIT: Why not appoint John Terry as his assistant?

Fair point. Even if the players knock off totally they're not going down and they're almost out of the fight for Europe. In which case why not give Potter more time to improve things?
Odd. But that's footy I guess?

England women odds-on to beat Brazil tonight.

I thought women's football was taking off but obviously not around the world.

Scenario 1
Frank will have a great few months, get the job permanently, then have a disaster and be gone this time next year 😀

Wembley sold out for a womens game. :-)
The odds look a bit dismissive of Brazil. That must be home advantage feeding in presumably.
