What a goal from Bamford for Leeds v Palace. Soak it up lad 'cos you'll never score another like that.
Very good finish, you won't see a more predictable goal coming all season than that, was only a matter of time before they scored.
I doubt he intended the ball to go exactly there, but if you don't gamble ....etc.
It was a thing of beauty though.
And it wasn't what I call "an Owen", in off your shin, shoulder, backside. It was a positive header towards goal.
How on earth did it take VAR so long to confirm the Palace goal? And more to the point what happened to VAR correcting "clear and obvious errors".
VAR now reviews everything. Yes, they got this one right, yippee. But the whole toenail offside is still something that cheese's me off. We've shifted contorversy from the ref/assistant to VAR.
I guess with the march of AI ref's and assistants will become redundant.

Arsenal changed the colour of their socks to help colour blind people. Sounds feeble. Its helping me enourmously. Well done to all involved with that decision.

EDIT: But didn't help my spelling - It's obviously enormous not enourmous.

Hope I eat my words but reaching for Thiago as your saviour smacks of desperation and frankly incompetence. I can't imagine a worse player to introduce in front of this high-energy Arsenal team.

Too many defensive mistakes by the teams at the bottom = inconsistent results.

This season's going down to +6 minutes added time and a controversial VAR check on the last day of the season....

Reckon it's between 4 teams.

Southampton
Notts Forest
Leeds
Bournemouth

Each year a team goes on a late win sequence and clears away from the rest.

Everton have got enough about them and Leicester just need Vardy to start scoring a few goals.

I've just seen Salad's penalty miss.

Nice header from Jesus, on Easter Sunday. :D

Burnley could be excused for knocking off but now 2-0 against 10 man Sheff U (and it was Sheff U's fault they are down to 10).

I'll throw Leicester in there. Devoid of anything on Saturday v Bournemouth, confidence shot to pieces and hiring Dean Smith for a few games doesn't inspire any confidence IMO. Going to be a cracking end to the season at both ends.

Man City at 1.68 is slightly surprising considering Bayern's CL pedigree.

They'll break there CL hoodoo eventually (maybe this season the quality is there no doubt) but it's becoming more of a burden and wonder how much it plays on the players/management/clubs mind, if it does the last team you want to be facing is Bayern.
