After so many attempts, I'm still having Green Up / Closing Trade problems.

My latest attempts are as follows;

2:30 before start
Parameters
1 Tick Greening with Stop
1 Tick Stop


2:30 before start
Close Trade With Greening Rule - 10 Attempts


59 secs before start
Green All Selections Rule - 10 Attempts

... and it's still not Greening the market, and I'm losing money


Any tips on how I can stop haemorrhaging money?

I've lost 30% of my (test) bank over the last 3 weeks, with the loses all being due to open bets, going into play, through lack of greening up.

As a simple Green Up Rule or Close Trade Profit Rule wasn't doing the job, even @ 2:30 out, I thought I'd throw everything at it. Closing 2:30 @ 10 attempts, with Greening All @ 59 seconds as a back-up (because the Closing Trade Rule kept leaving me with open bets) should cover it, but no, I'm still left with open bets going into Play



Any help would be great?

The number one tip is to run it in practice mode until it's actually behaving as expected.

It would help if you posted your rules file and log. Did the close trade or green-up rule fire at all or did they fire 10 times and not match a bet? You can find out from the automation tab in Guardian.

I would run practice mode, but the Free BetAngel for Betdaq, doesn't have a practice mode.

Most of the time it's OK. Sometimes it'll work fine for a few hours, or even a day, but then I'll get a stream of failures.

Because there's no Practice Mode, I'm using small stakes. However, a string of failures, even with small stakes, over approx 150+ markets a day, trading all greyhound and racing markets, it soon adds up to big losses on a daily basis.

The system not greening isn't exactly a new problem for me, but after all this time, it's still a problem. One would think Greening up ... 2:30 out .... with 10 triggers ... would maybe Green Up the market as programmed. But still I'm left with open bets.

I very much appreciate the time people take to help, but at this stage I'm thinking the problem isn't how i'm programming the Automation!

Thanks, but believe me Dallas, I've tried it with Green Up Only, then Closed Trade Profit Only ... none of them worked!
