Note - this is a query on the Betdaq version of the software.
I have been trying to familiarise myself with the "Make Market" button on the standard screen.
On the top right hand corner, the Auto Stake is set to £1
However, when I click on the "Make Market" button, the pop-up window indicates that my lay and back stake is £2 not £1
I also tried entering a stake of 0.50 followed by the Update Stakes button and when I clicked the Make Market button, the pop-up window indicated a stake of £5 instead of £0.50.
The Global Settings Button appears to indicate that Global Settings are active
Can somebody please advise what I am doing wrong? I have attached screenprints of the above
Betdaq Auto Stake Amount advice
When using the make market button you'd normally want to use the same back and lay stake, so you just need to ensure the stakes in the blue/pink columns are the same
The Auto Stake box just enables you have the stakes changed automatically for you
For example if you wanted to make £10 per tick if you enter that amount and click update stakes, the actual stakes in the back/lay columns will change so that you now make £10 per tick - the actual stakes required to make £10 a tick will vary depending on the current prices so you'll see different amounts in the back/lay columns
