I have a rule running which alerts me to backed horses from market opening. It appears that the rule does not run unless you have a bet angel betting screen open and bet angel limits the number of ladders that can be open at once is limited to 20. Firstly is this correct and secondly, if so, is there any way around it.
It is usually a 'restrict refresh' issue.
