How to predict when a horse race is about to start?
I would like to predict when there’s at least a 80% chance that a race (Australian, UK) will start within the next 30 to 120 seconds. I have used increases in volume in the attached file. Please feel free to make adjustments/improvements!”

By my count, 77% of all australian gallops races start between +15secs and +105secs after official race time.
And 84% between +15 secs and +120 secs
(dataset is the last 18 months)
