I think his support is so overrated nowadays, it’ll be interesting to see how many go to the courthouse, he also hasn’t said how much he’s fundraised this time (was $2M after the NY indictment), I reckon it’s well down from that.
Also, rumours circling that Vivek is going to announce his departure from the race, he’s been polling about 2-4%
The Miami mayor was apparently going to run for President in the next couple of days, can't imagine he will now if he can't even control his own city with people running everywhere
None of the so-called experts are willing to give an opinion on the likelihood of Trump going to Prison, but I think there is a serious chance.

Bad news. Dave Aronberg, state attorney for Palm Beach County says Trump has to be found guilty by a unanimous jury, a majority verdict isn't good enough, if I understood correctly. He's confident Trump will be found guilty with the overwhelming evidence against him but can't see him in an orange jumpsuit, and Witch Cannon who he appointed as judge could be very lenient in sentencing.

There is an article on the 'San Francisco Chronicle' who are saying Trump is as guilty as sin. Their not his best friends to say the least.
But they point out the bar is very high for him to be found guilty by a unanimous jury and therefore the only thing stopping him from becoming president again is the ballot box.
For a prosecutor to obtain a conviction, six to 12 jurors (depending on the jurisdiction) must all agree that a defendant is not only guilty but guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This is a good standard for the broader population: There should be a high bar to convict someone of a crime. But it’s quite a loophole for a politician with a historically loyal base and a 40% favorability rating. The likelihood, in any trial, that Trump can’t nab a single holdout juror — even in the face of obvious guilt — is extremely low.
Sure, jury selection has some safeguards to eliminate biased jurors. Each side, for example, can strike a limited number of potential jurors for any reason. And the judge might exclude those with partisan paper trails on social media. But neither a prosecutor nor a judge can enter the minds of potential jurors and confidently eliminate loyal Trump supporters.

Mafia bosses don't get tried by jury, they get tried by judges to stop them from intimidating witnesses. Either way, I think he's toast as far as the next election is concerned.
It was a grand jury that indicted him in the first place, but they say you can indict a ham sandwich but it's much harder to convict it.
Trump claims all those boxes contained personal possessions, shirts and shoes, newspapers and photographs. He didn't have time to go through all the boxes because he has a busy life. All the top secret documents that were photographed in his house, the FBI placed them there.
Trump's now arguing that Hillary Clinton took furniture and china [perhaps towels as well] from the white house when the term ended and she was never prosecuted.
If I were her, I'd sue him for libel.
