Recording odd prices - What am I doing wrong?

Hi - I am trying to record BF prices (both back and lay) at certain times points. I have tried to follow the instructions given by Dallas from this link:

I've attempted this a few times with different matches but I dobn;t seem to be able to get a list of prices. I'm obviously making a dogs dinner of this so really need some help.

I've attached two screenshorts. BA1 show my attempts to record the prices at a time period i.e 23:59:00 - 23:59:30. What reallly baffles me here is I've selected date/time, but the two boxes appear to me to require you to enter the times. Where on earth do I type in the date?

BA2 shows the list of matches I want to record the prices (these picked at random). The rule type has been set to the same for all selections.

Can somebody please explain in laymans terms how I go back recording BF prices say 5mins before KO, 8am on certain days etc.

Select the option "Relative to Event Start Time"?
