Hi,
Anyone got any ideas on how to ignore potential spoof money using conditions.
I was thinking of 3rd best amount available < 1st + 2nd best available amounts ?
Cheers
Spoof Money
Either that or what the amount is relative to the best (or 2nd best price) ie, if its greater than 5 times the amount at best price
But to know its spoof you need to observe how it behaves as the price moves around ie, do they keep moving it to keep it a few ticks away from the touch price
A good example happened earlier this week, odds were just below 2.0 and the money waiting to back at all prices was a few hundred, then £40K+ was placed at 2.0, I was sure that was spoof but when the price drifted up he/she was happy to get it all matched, it then crashed back in and they put another £40K at 2.0 - but didn't chase the price, they knew they wanted to be matched at 2.0 and weren't prepared to go lower
