Running 2 markets at same time

HI all. I want to create a dutching system to cover dogs and horses. Now my requirements are going to be different for both. eg. 1 auto for dogs, another auto for horses.
Can I set up a separate automation for each. Running at the same time.
Can I set up two seperate markets in BA.
Hope this makes sense.

Yes, just apply 1 set of rules to horses the other to dogs.
