Hate it too (nanny state), but a democracy is only slightly better, still allows to rule by fooling the dumb majority. Some advanced form of democracy, like intellect-weighed-democracy (like "volume weighed price") will be much better. But... if there's nothing left I don't mind an anarchy)!

Ha! A good one)).
You omitted "Russians don't have that luxury.". That is critical, no?

The Wanker group is negotiating with Belarus. Prickozhin has agreed to stop moving troops around Russia in return for his soldiers' safety.

Shame, I'd like to see an assault on the Gremlin.

I wonder now was it for foreign or domestic (tighten laws, get rid of unnecessary private military company, identify dissidents in power) policy.

Bloke on BBC

"Last year it was 3 days to Kiev, now its 3 days to Moscow"
:D
Igor Novikov, former policy advisor to Zelenski: We used to think Russia was the second most powerful army in the world, then in 2022 they were the second most powerful army in Ukraine, now they're the second most powerful army in Russia.

Prickozhin led his men towards Moscow, realised they'd have to shed Russian blood if they continued so turned back. Could he not have figured that out before he set off? What did he go up there for? What a prick!

They didn't get to where they are using their brains ;)

Feel like there's going to be a lot of people falling out of windows the next few weeks.

"I am doing everything to repel this attack" said Putin, before he gets on a plane and buggers off thousands of miles away.

Ok another step in understanding. Cards on the table - I will never accept Putin as a reasonable leader.
He isn't a democrat. Can we at least agree on that?

I guess. I dont share his views that the country doesnt ready for a strong parliament and I dont like that the constitution was changed. I also find the state involvement into economy ridiculously high.

What an anti climax.

I was enjoying myself in my bunker with News channel, ham radio, Peroni, Red wine, G&T, Hot dogs, Pot noodles and Debbie does ...........

The good news is my partner has gone, including clothes and left the house and car keys.

Ah well, time to clean me guns.

Just hours after Putin vowed to capture and severely punish the mutants, the Gremlin now says they will not be prosecuted in recognition of their service.
