Can't place a bet on the 1st ladder position

Hi There,
This is a very odd problem that I have never experienced.
I cannot place a bet on any runner that is in position 1 on the ladder. If I change the order around and place a different runner it is the same, first runner on the ladder will not accept a bet.
Any ideas.

You probably have the 'Net' stake selected as your stake on that first ladder, and if thats currently 0.00 then it won't place a bet

The box is on all ladders, but if you have it selected on all ladders when you open a market you've never be able to place a bet

Do you have 'net' stake on the first ladder selected as your stake?

I have attached a screenshot showing the staking set at 5. I am assuming that is what you mean.
The problem only occurs on live mode, not on practise.

Are you using different profiles in Live mode?

Can you post a screenshot of the ladder screen in liver mode (no need to include the settings box open)
Then try and place a lay bet at 1.01 on the first ladder and if it fails also post the log file from after the attempted placement

Must have a gremlin in my computer, it has sorted itself out after I had restarted the computer for another unrelated reason.
If it happens again I will send info as you instructed.
